NVIDIA GTX 1060 - Error 43 issue

I am currently dealing with an issue involving my NVIDIA GTX 1060.

Every time I attempt to install the drivers, I am repeatedly met with an Error 43, even after testing the card on two entirely different hardware configurations.

Has anyone else encountered this specific situation, and if so, what would be the best way to resolve it?

What's the exact model?

I think I managed to fix that issue on my GTX 760 once just by reflashing the BIOS.

I was actually just reading about something similar elsewhere. Did you pick this card up from a crypto miner? It likely has a modded BIOS; you should probably flash it back to the stock version.
