OB/GYN or Dermatologist?

Can someone give me some advice on who I should actually see for a fungal infection—an OB-GYN or a dermatologist? I’ve been scrolling through these threads and it seems like everyone is hunting down these world-renowned specialists, but honestly, my current gynecologist is perfectly fine if I just need a quick prescription for pills or cream. The problem is, since I live in the middle of nowhere, I’m stuck waiting over a month just to get an appointment, so I definitely need to find someone private who can actually help. Given that, I’m wondering which route is better and what the reasoning is. Thanks!

if they're on your skin, or maybe your feet, get a dermatologist.

If you're dealing with yeast issues caused by antibiotics—which happens to me every single time I finish a course—you can honestly just hit up a CVS or Walgreens and ask for an antifungal cream (like Monistat or whatever they have in stock)!
That's exactly what I do, and the folks behind the counter know their stuff!
