What part of this isn't clicking? 🙂 They were involved when she was only thirteen. He ended up behind bars. Naturally, that left a massive scar on her, so she went looking for answers once he was finally released.
By the way, the film is actually based on the well-known stage play Blackbird.
The cast is incredible; I'm really looking forward to this one.

I enjoyed the movie. It wasn't anything groundbreaking, but it was solid; Rooney Mara gave a great performance and the story was interesting.

It felt a little dragged out in the middle, though.

It looks like it’s already hit the torrent sites... I've been keeping an eye on them lately.

I think there’s this one movie from over in the North America—it might even feature Sonja Savić. I remember hearing she once gave it a perfect ten out of ten, yeah, a full ten. Honestly, I’ve been meaning to sit down and finally watch it, but I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I mean, Charlie Chaplin married his last wife when she was just 15 or 16, and her name was Una... I thought at first that was what you were talking about... though if I recall correctly, her name is actually spelled Oona 🤔

^Yeah, and she’s got that young actress on her side too—she actually does voice work for video games.

As for this part, we'll just have to wait and see, though I can pretty much picture how it's going to turn out.

A Miša Radivojević film can't really be bad, and honestly, I think Šerbedžija gave one of his top two performances ever.

As for the American Una, just looking at Rooney Mara's face makes you want to see it... or at least wait for a better version if you aren't catching it in theaters.

It’s not the whole book, but enough to hook you.
And honestly, contrary to what people say, the movie is even better. 😉
