I know the odds are slim, but I have to try.
The moderator labeled me a chauvinist in that PDF—I have no idea what they based that on. When I requested an explanation to understand why they felt the need to insult me like that, I received no response, yet the insult remains on my record.
Following that, I was handed a few strikes;
I was awarded 30 points (plus 30 accumulating days) for this specific post.
This happened without any sources being provided or any actual argument explaining what I supposedly wrote incorrectly.
I received the same strike here;
The quote includes blue text, but in my own post, I am not commenting on the moderation at all—I am simply clarifying my own stance.
My position was formed based on certain facts, and I even provided my own sources.
I would genuinely like to know what the issue is with the sources provided; it wasn't about the moderators, nor was it about the points.
And while I'm on the subject....
I also received a third strike from Ostrić during a debate regarding the name of Santa Barbara.
Rovina actually translates to "ruin" in Italian.
Ruigna (pronounced Ruinja) was one of the historical names used for the city.
"Ruina" is the Latin term for a ruin.
I am asking that someone in authority review this case—it would be appreciated if Ostrić offered an apology for these accusations of chauvinism.
