PC build under $750?

I’m in the market for a new rig and I’m looking for something beefy enough to handle heavy lifting in programs like AutoCAD—plus, it wouldn't hurt if I could actually run some more demanding games on the side. Basically, I'm hunting for a solid, all-around powerhouse, haha. My main priority is getting a high-quality configuration that isn't going to feel obsolete in a couple of years; honestly, if I have to shell out a few extra bucks to ensure it lasts, I'm perfectly fine with that. Just a heads up, I only need the tower itself. Thanks in advance!🙂

Option two would be to hold out for a cheaper GTX 1650. It might be slightly less powerful, but if you find one at a reasonable price point—say, around $433—you could potentially squeeze an SSD into your budget as well.
