PC Build under $900

Hey everyone! Does anyone have some solid recommendations for a PC build around $2000, including a decent monitor?

I’m mainly looking for something to handle the everyday grind—standard office stuff, browsing the web, watching movies in HD, you know the drill...

Here’s what I’m thinking for the specs:
1. Needs to be an mITX case because I want to save space
2. Definitely need an SSD for the OS to keep things snappy
3. Looking for a really quiet power supply so it doesn't drive me crazy

Maybe some Corsair Value Select 8GB, 1333 MHz, CL9? I guess it might work.
The Intel Core i3 4170 is... fine, I guess. It’ll get the job done for basic stuff, though it might struggle if you try to push it too hard.
Black Fractal Node 304, no PSU included.
It's a Seagate 1TB SATA HDD Barracuda, Serial ATA III, 1000 GB. I guess just a standard drive.
Shhh! I'm talking about that IBM Power7 system with the 350W power supply.

That motherboard doesn't have a USB 3.0 header for the case—so those front ports are basically gonna be useless 😉

Something a bit more budget-friendly would work just fine...

That Trion SSD isn't really anything special, honestly. Since there’s plenty of wiggle room in the budget, I guess it would be a better move to just grab a 250GB SanDisk SSD or maybe an Apple 850 instead.
