First, please accept my apologies if anyone has already posted about something similar.

I am facing an issue!
My computer was running perfectly until I installed a new AMD Radeon R7 360 graphics card. Now, the system powers on, but there is no video output. When I switch back to my old card, everything works fine. With the new one installed, all the fans—GPU, CPU, and hard drive—spin up normally, yet the screen remains black. I am seeing red and green lights on the case near the power button.
I initially suspected the power supply since I was using a generic off-brand unit from $50. I decided to upgrade to an EVGA 600W Power Supply, but the problem persists, so it doesn't seem to be the power supply after all.

I should also mention that when I boot up, the GPU fans stop for about half a second before spinning up normally again. Has anyone encountered this specific behavior?

Please let me know if you have any further questions!

HELP!

Did you actually plug the PCIe power connector into the card?

Just put it up for sale. It’s not unheard of for a brand-new graphics card to be a dud right out of the box—you aren't the first person this has happened to, and you certainly won't be the last.

If you're looking for troubleshooting steps, you could try updating the BIOS (assuming there's an update available) or testing the card in someone else's PC to see if the issue follows the hardware.

Otherwise, I'll just take it back to Best Buy where I bought it for them to check it out.

Did you actually plug the VGA cable directly into the graphics card? Also, have you checked your BIOS settings to make sure it’s set to output through the discrete GPU instead of the integrated graphics?
