Pets PDF - Topic Closed

tried starting a thread about Devon Rex cats in the pet section, but it was shut down immediately—apparently, I didn't follow the rules for opening a topic.

I honestly have no idea what went wrong...
I haven't seen anything like this happen before. If the photos were the issue, feel free to remove them or just let me know where I messed up.
I sent a PM to the moderators, but I haven't heard back yet...

Is it possible to reopen the thread if I make the necessary changes?

It’s right here: I honestly find myself wondering if we’re all just collectively losing our grip on reality lately, because I can't help but feel like the more I observe the way people interact online, the more I question whether any of us actually possess a shred of common sense left. It seems to me that whenever a topic starts getting even slightly nuanced, everyone immediately retreats into their own little corners to shout whatever half-baked opinion they've cooked up, and frankly, it makes me feel a bit silly for even trying to engage in a thoughtful conversation when such chaos is the norm.
I honestly can't quite wrap my head around what the issue is supposed to be, though I'm sure I'm just missing something obvious.
I haven't come across anything quite like this before, though I must admit I might be missing something obvious! If the photos are causing any issues, please feel free to remove them, or if you wouldn't mind pointing out where I went wrong, I would truly appreciate the guidance.
I sent a private message to the moderators, but I haven't heard anything back from them just yet...

Would you mind if I started a new thread, perhaps with a few adjustments to the topic if that makes things easier?

Over on the KLJ subforum, you’ll notice there aren't quite as many discussions centered around purebred cats as there are about purebred dogs, though that certainly doesn't mean the same logic doesn't apply to our feline friends. Just some dog-related topics to get the conversation started..

My apologies! That was my mistake—I didn't get around to writing my second post when I intended to. I wanted to split the info into two parts... I'm just not a fan of
massive walls of text.

Of course there is. 🙂 If you had just jumped in with this second post right away instead of waiting, everything would have stayed perfectly fine.

So, if you're on board, let's settle on this plan: I'll go ahead and reopen the thread now, and then you can write an informative post about the breed. Honestly, I know how silly that sounds—it almost feels like I'm suggesting you just pop in and say, "Hey everyone, check out this gorgeous kitty, isn't she a stunner?"

And we certainly don't want to take that casual approach.

Yes, I agree—it was a bit silly of me, though I was unfortunately without internet access. I won't be able to jump back into this conversation for another 45 minutes...
