Look, I actually started a thread about this movie a few months back. I’m pretty sure it’s still floating around somewhere on this sub, we just need to dig a little deeper to find it. Only a handful of people have actually chimed in saying they've seen it.
I've lost count of how many times I've watched it 😍 🤣 😂

You can just grab it on Amazon without any hassle; it usually comes bundled with another John Waters flick called Female Trouble, which is also 😍 😂 🤣 and features Divine 😁

It’s been so long since this was posted that I honestly can’t recall what the original thread title even was. It doesn't really matter, though—I managed to find 😉

A buddy of mine actually owns it. I borrowed it from him a while back for this marathon of bizarre movies I hosted at my place—we ran Plan 9 from Outer Space, Private diaries of Rock Hudson, and I can't even remember which Russo Meyer flick it was... anyway, you should just hit him up and ask... toto_tito_tati@yahoo.com.

Picked this one up on a DVD yesterday, among a few others.
Watched a bit of it, though I didn't really know what to expect, so I just skimmed through the rest...
Ended up doing a little digging online to see what it was actually about.

I currently own the original Divine DVD featuring two of his live performances, and my goal is to eventually track down the entire collection of Waters/Divine DVDs, along with the "Divine trash" documentary. Naturally, I also need to pick up the excellent "Cry Baby." 😎

I consider myself a massive Divine enthusiast, even though I haven't actually sat down to watch a single one of his films yet. 😁

I’ve checked every single video rental shop from Washington, D.C. to New York City, and I even looked all the way out in Detroit and Chicago. Still nothing. 😢

Where on earth can I find this? Help!

It was a pretty solid night 🙂

By the way, Pink Flamingos... it’s undeservedly famous just because of Divine and the dog poop scene. I say "undeservedly" because the movie is fantastic in every other regard. It wouldn't be any less impactful without Divine.
And that park scene with the exhibitionists? Easily one of the funniest things ever put on film.

Isn't there some chance they might screen it somewhere in Washington, D.C. in the next few days? 🤔

If anyone happens to be looking for that movie... I still have it lying around (my buddy didn't exactly insist on getting it back right away)!

Next Tuesday at 9 PM, they'll be showing the Miami Heat over at the local Alamo Drafthouse...
