PM limits/restrictions

Hey there.
I went looking to see if anyone else had brought this up, but I couldn't find an existing thread, so I'm sorry if I'm accidentally repeating something that's already here..
The message cap on this forum is set at 75..
I was just wondering if there's ever been any real discussion about whether that limit could possibly be bumped up?
And, if it isn't something that can actually happen, I guess I'd be curious to know what the reasoning behind it is?

We've seen plenty of threads like this before.
Besides, what difference does being over 75 even make? You can just clear out your message history in a couple of clicks. 🤷

I mean, I’m looking at my account and I’ll hit that limit in maybe three days, and honestly, I need some of these posts to stay saved, but it feels incredibly tedious to manually copy every single message into a Word doc just to keep a record of them 🤣
Also, does anyone actually know why they won't let us change that limit?

If you're looking to scale up, you could always apply to be a moderator. 😁

I’d love to, really, but I just don't have the bandwidth for that kind of thing, especially since I'm only around during the summer months anyway 🙂
never mind, looks like I'll just have to copy this all over to Word 🤣

Navigate to your private messages, select all or just the specific ones you want, scroll all the way down to the bottom where you can delete them or mark them read/unread, and then save them as an XML, CSV, or TXT file. Rather than manually copying everything into a Word document, this approach is much more efficient 🙂
