I've got a quick question for you all.
Right now I'm sitting at 120 points, but I actually just got banned recently.
So, if my 30-point penalty expires, does that mean I'll be down to 90?
Just to run through the math: if I have 90 points and then pick up another 10-point violation, that puts me back at 100.
Does that mean I'm right back in the danger zone, even though I already served my time for that whole string of penalties?🤷

Yeah.

Honestly, you’re better off grabbing another 4 or 5 boxes worth of those 10-point rewards sooner rather than later just to be safe.😬

Same story over here, scored a 120.🙏
My daughter mentioned that it’s just another ban.🙂

My daughter mentioned that this is just how they handle bans again.🙂

🙂 It’s becoming a predictable cycle, isn't it? A three-day suspension jumps to 200, then 300, then 400... once you hit 500, you're looking at a full week, and if you hit 1000, well, you've basically been exiled from the digital world forever.👋...😬

nah, goldentrucker11, they’re actually within their rights here.
if that warning card expires, the next time someone starts accumulating points, they're looking at another ban.
and obviously, it isn't strictly required that people collect these cards...

If a penalty period expires, the next set of violations triggers another ban.
And look—it isn't strictly required that you collect them all up at once...

Wait a second—I think I just figured out how this works...

So, you hit 90 points, then grab another 45, which puts you at 135 and lands you under a ban...

Then, if your suspension runs out before any more strikes accumulate, you could theoretically hit 200 points and trigger yet another ban...
Or maybe I’ve just completely misinterpreted the logic here...🤔

Yeah, you're right about that. But if your ban expires and you've already racked up enough warnings that you're sitting at 90, then you’re basically just one strike away from getting kicked off the platform entirely. In that case, you have a much higher chance of getting banned immediately rather than actually making it all the way to 200.

I’m interested in something else entirely. It seems the rules regarding carding are clearly laid out, and people seem pretty thrilled about them. Let’s move on to something more productive, like tackling issues with multi-quoting and similar matters. That would be far more useful. 😂

The 600, 700, 800, and 900 marks all stay at 7 days.

Bradley Barnes90 said:Yeah, you're right. But if your ban expires and suddenly some other card lapses too—dropping you back down to 90—then you're basically just one bad move away from another ban. At that point, the odds of getting hit again are much higher than actually making it all the way to 200 without tripping over your own feet.

I know, I know—that’s why I said you really have to play this strategically...😬

I’m sitting at about 165 pounds right now... but once I drop those 20 pounds, I'll be down to 145, which means I'll finally have enough energy to go out and pick a fight with someone else...😍

And honestly, that’s exactly why the mods don't just go around handing out strikes like they're candy
The whole philosophy here is pretty simple: nobody should be getting insulted, and we want these threads to actually function as a battle of wits rather than a battle of idiots, you know?
🙂
So, if a moderator catches someone constantly spamming the board, being toxic, or just generally adding zero value to their specific sub-forum, they’ll step in with whatever penalty they deem appropriate—whether that's a formal strike or just straight-up banning them on the spot
But really, it makes you wonder: what is the actual point of being an insufferable jerk or flooding the feed with junk in the first place?

because we're just complete idiots 😁 😁 😁

No, but seriously—there are just certain people out there who genuinely deserve to be insulted, mostly because they're so incredibly dim-witted... 🤷 🤷

How many points do I get if I tell a moderator to go to hell?

it might be worth it... (for some people)
I've got a feeling that would probably net me about 500 points...
