Power supply recommendations?

Hey everyone,

I’ve got this tester shown in the photo I just uploaded, and for the first time, I'm seeing some readings that I don't quite wrap my head around. I'm really worried about how bad the damage to my power supply might be.

Basically, the +3.3V reading and that 5Vsb line are jumping around—hitting +5.3V one second—while the +3.3V stays stuck at a constant high. If anyone could tell me if this indicates a major failure or what exactly might be going wrong here, I'd really appreciate it.

P.S. On top of all that, Bill Gates is making this weird sound (intermittent, then suddenly constant).

What's HH supposed to mean here?

Usually, an H means the voltage is too high and an L means it’s too low. I don't have much faith in those cheap little testers... you should try using a proper multimeter to actually verify the readings.
