Pressure or pain in my upper right abdomen?

Forgive me for asking, but I’ve been wondering about something... I’m feeling this sensation, if you will—a sort of pressure, or perhaps just a dull ache, right in my liver area? It all started quite suddenly about a week ago. I'm 21 years old, and I haven't had any fever or anything. I was recently on a course of antibiotics for a throat infection, though.

So it’s been a week and it hasn't let up? Does the pain fluctuate at all, or is it just constant? Are you positive it’s actually your liver and not, say, your stomach acting up? You need to see a doctor. It's been days now, clearly this isn't going away on its own, so go hit up your primary care physician. They'll run the necessary tests and send you from there.
