Why was my post

And generally speaking, I'd appreciate it if someone could look over my posts from today that were edited or erased in the "Parents & Kids" section

The sentence was erased:
If you get a pamphlet from the Storks, throw it straight in the trash (it wasn't worded exactly like that, but you get the idea).

I deleted the sentence because it triggered yet another massive debate about the Storks, cults, Jehovah's Witnesses, and the whole conversation spiraled completely off course...

And the reason it was deleted is because it reignited the whole debate about the Storks, the cult, Jehovah's Witnesses, and the entire topic spiraled completely off course...

I know exactly why you deleted it.

The protocol is pretty straightforward: if an FBI moderator creates something that warrants a new thread on the FBI boards, they need to provide their own explanation.

From what I can tell, most of what was removed was just off-topic stuff. The moderator actually explained exactly what was cut from the post and why it was edited. What else is there to complain about, and what kind of response are you expecting from Brenda Barrett58?

But she still hasn't explained why she started flooding the on-topic posts.

If you feel like some posts should have stayed up, Brenda Barrett58 already explained why they were removed. Only she can say exactly why those specific ones were deleted, since she’s the one moderating this thread. She's also the only one who can explain her reasoning behind deleting, editing, or flagging anything. Neither I nor the other moderators here can speak to that, because she's running this entire section.
Like I said, we drifted off-topic for a bit, but Brenda Barrett58 can give you the rundown on the actual subject.

If you're only looking for answers in posts that you consider on-topic, then I don't see why you'd write this to Brenda Barrett58 when she'll show up in this thread anyway:

Topic: "Baby in 3 days - what should I expect?"
Nine posts were deleted, and every single one was off-topic. It was all nonsense about Owlet monitors, cultists, those Happy Baby bundles (people arguing over whether to get them since Owlet doesn't approve, etc.), leaking private info for the Happy Baby kits, and even someone trying to drag another user into an argument on a different thread...

Not a single one of those deleted posts actually had anything to do with this topic...
