Quick question

So, I just got my hormone levels back from the lab, and my OBGYN wrote on the report that I can start taking the pills once my coagulation levels—if I’m even getting that term right, haha—get back to normal.
Ugh, so now what? Like, what does that actually mean in plain English and what am I supposed to do next?
