Racism in politics

Politicians are spewing the most blatant racist and chauvinistic garbage out there without facing any consequences whatsoever. The hatred toward Islam and Muslims is being displayed so openly it’s unbelievable, yet the administration just sits there doing nothing—probably because they agree with it.

Saying Islam needs to be "uprooted" is something I honestly can't believe you guys are tolerating on this forum. It's like they view Islam and Muslims as some kind of plague that needs to be wiped out or killed off, treating people like animals. He said it twice, so I asked him to confirm if he actually meant that, and he basically said "yeah."

Muhammed, whom 1.6 billion people love, respect, and hold sacred, is being compared to Ratko Mercer and called a mass murderer. Even when presented with evidence and verses showing that Islam forbids killing innocent people, he keeps lying and insulting them, claiming that non-Muslims aren't even considered "people," so those verses don't apply to them.

One guy, who belongs to the Sunni branch that makes up 90% of Muslims, is calling them all scum and thugs collectively, refusing to make any distinctions. It's like me calling all Orthodox Christians or Catholics scum. Basically, to him, every Muslim from the Middle East or Turkey is trash. And that goes for the other 90% of the world too.

There's way more than this, but here's what I've got for now... Seriously, it's a disgrace that you allow this!

So we’ve got some guy here claiming terrorism is just baked into Islam, saying it totally deadpan without even blinking. And apparently, that's fine? Are you guys seriously turning this into an Islamophobic, anti-Muslim forum? This is blatant hate speech, and honestly, the admin team is basically complicit in targeting Muslims. If I report this forum, I'm certain the DOJ would have plenty to look into here.

The School of Life, I agree; any attempt to blame an entire national or religious group for the actions of a tiny fraction of its members is absolutely unacceptable. Such behavior must be actively prevented and penalized until it is completely eradicated. I will review these reports again and intervene wherever necessary.

Look, while a forum member isn't responsible for hate speech uttered by someone else, they do have a responsibility to use filters and avoid spreading nonsense from outside sources. When a member fails in that duty, it falls on the moderators to step in and stop it.
