Hey there,

So, I've been dealing with this speckled red rash on my palms for about a month now—it itches here and there, but the main issue is how incredibly dry my hands have become. The skin on my fingertips keeps cracking constantly, which is pretty painful. I've also noticed these clear, translucent bumps popping up; they don't really itch or leak anything, but I've definitely never seen them in such high numbers before. My doctor put me on some antihistamines a few days ago, but so far, I'm not feeling any different.

Look, Belodin isn't going to solve this for you if we're talking about an allergy, especially since you're constantly getting your hands on that allergen every single day. It’s just the reality of it. If this is something new, you really need to sit back and think about what you've recently started using with your hands—maybe it's a new brand of hand soap, a different dish detergent from the grocery store, or something along those lines...

Fair enough—I'll make sure to ditch everything I was using right when that redness first started showing up. On another note, does anyone happen to have a recommendation for a hand cream that might actually help soothe the dryness and tone down the irritation?
