I want to file a complaint about how Sam Green73 is handling things after giving me a strike on the Libya thread.

Basically, I’m standing by what I wrote here:
We're talking about 5 to 10 people dying every single day, mostly fighters.
If those Gaddafi-ites and those animalistic mercenaries ever break into Benghazi, we're looking at Srebrenica 2.

And this was the excuse they gave me:
Dear Richard Wilson4,

you have received an infraction AT Reddit.

Reason: trolling, using a crystal ball for insight

Look, my take is that Gaddafi's people are incredibly bloodthirsty toward their enemies, and honestly, they've proven it.

But now I'm calling it out publicly—I feel like I'm being targeted by Sam Green73, who just keeps hunting through my posts to hand out strikes.
If I'm bothering anyone in the World news sub, just say the word and I'll head out. But after this, I'm actually scared to share my thoughts or even post anything. I'm asking for an Admin or even Sam Green73 himself to step up and answer me:

IS MY OPINION ON GADDAFI-ITES BANNED? THIS CRYSTAL BALL STUFF IS A DANGEROUS PRECEDENT.

So, that's your opinion.

But look, you’ve already posted this exact same sentiment at least once in this thread before.
And even back then, you didn't offer a single shred of evidence to back up that assumption of yours.

You're definitely hitting us with quantity, but what if you put that same energy into the quality of your posts instead?
Don't just expect people to read your mind during a debate.
Once you've formed an opinion, try asking yourself, "Why do I actually believe this?" and then lay it out clearly for the rest of us.
Also, keep in mind that someone else could look at those very same arguments and walk away with a completely different conclusion.

Look, based on how bloodthirsty Gaddafi's regime was, plus those reports about that famous massacre where 200 protesters were slaughtered in Tripoli (I mean, I don't have hard proof, but hey, believing it is my democratic right), I honestly think Gaddafi's army—especially those African mercenaries fighting for him—would have absolutely wrecked their opponents. Once they actually managed to seize Tobruk and Benghazi, things would have turned incredibly bloody. We're talking hundreds, maybe even thousands, of people dead.

Better now?

Way better.
Next time, just drop it directly in the discussion thread instead of filing a formal appeal.

Now I know you've actually got what it takes.

Now I know you actually have a clue what you're doing.

Look, nobody actually appointed you to be my moderator or anything; I was just trying to play nice and stay on topic.
But whatever, I'm not gonna get into it right now—peace out.

anyway, I'm not even gonna get into that right now—peace out.

Wrong. Moderators aren't just there to clean up messes; they actually need to care about the quality of the conversation too.

Anyway, this time I'm asking you guys to step up and watch over some of my threads. It feels like the same handful of bots keep jumping in and derailing everything into off-topic nonsense.

The mods are basically like the cops. You're always there when I'm speeding 6.2 miles a little too much, but you're nowhere to be found when you actually need to protect the regular folks (okay fine, I never asked for a seat at the table, but you get what I mean)

I’m not entirely sure if I’m permitted to post here, so if I’ve overstepped, please don't be too harsh on me. However, I simply couldn't stay silent regarding the disastrous state of this thread. In my humble opinion, much of this stems from the subpar management by the sub-forum moderators who, for reasons known only to themselves, seem to permit—if not actively encourage—behavior that is completely inappropriate for a forum of this caliber:

- A significant number of suspicious accounts and clones who engage in trolling without any intention of contributing to the debate, effectively making rational discussion on any aspect of this conflict impossible.
- The constant spamming of YouTube links that usually have nothing to do with the topic, often accompanied by a few strategically placed emojis to mask the irrelevance.
- Flooding the boards with "verified news" stories that lack any credible sources whatsoever.
- Endless off-topic tangents concerning America, capitalism, and its supposed imminent collapse.
- Off-topic diversions centered on what life was like in Libya before the war, filled with personal anecdotes about past tourist trips or brief stints working there.

To illustrate just how bad things have gotten, I managed to count roughly twenty posts in just the last few pages that could easily fall into one of these categories without much thought at all.
