So, I’ve got a gynecologist appointment scheduled for tomorrow at 7:30 AM, and I was wondering—is it okay if I pee right after the exam, or should I try to get it done beforehand? I was kind of thinking about just using the restroom at the doctor's office once I'm there and then handing over the sample, but would that actually work? Any advice? Thanks!

Honestly, you’re better off just handling this at home where it’s quiet. If the whole thing with transporting a urine sample is what’s stressing you out, just head to a CVS or Walgreens. You can pick up sterile specimen cups for a urine culture for about $0.67. They’re super easy to use since they come with lids already attached.
