Specifically: Sy.cervicobrachialae bil.
That’s what my diagnosis says. I've got a pinched nerve in my left shoulder blade. It was brutal—just absolute agony. It hit my left arm and leg at the same time. Numbness, stiffness... just awful. My doctor put me on Myoflex and Erason; I take one of each together every morning. I have about ten days' worth left. My leg is feeling better, but my arm is hit or miss—sometimes it clears up, sometimes the stiffness comes crawling back. The doc told me I'd feel like a new person in a month, but it's been two weeks and I'm not exactly seeing a massive improvement yet.
Anyone dealt with this before? Does recovery really take that long?

I think you really ought to look into some physical therapy—things like decompression exercises, ultrasound, or even just a good massage could make a huge difference...

I've tried ultrasound... I'm actually booking physical therapy tomorrow, and I'll have to find my boyfriend to give me a massage.😁

I was thinking about therapeutic ultrasound—that falls under physical therapy, right? Good luck with getting that appointment scheduled; hopefully, you won't be stuck on a waiting list forever...
