So, I’ve run into a bit of a situation with this monitor. Everything was working perfectly fine for about six months—up until this morning.
I have my TV antenna and my PC (via DVI) both plugged into it. Last night, I was watching TV, shut everything down, and headed to bed. Well, this morning I fire up the PC and... nothing. No picture at all. All I see is a white screen with this little rectangle at the top that just says "v3.07.0". To make matters worse, when I try to switch the input—whether I'm using the remote or those weird touch-sensitive buttons on the monitor itself (which, honestly, feel more like suggestions than actual buttons)—nothing happens. Not the input, not the power button, nothing. It’s basically a paperweight unless I physically pull the plug from the wall.
I already did the obvious thing and checked if all the cables were actually plugged in properly.
If anyone has any ideas—seriously, anything at all—please let me know. They don't even have to be guaranteed fixes; I'm just desperate to try anything to get this thing running again. Oh, and for what it's worth, it's still under warranty since I picked it up at Best Buy.
