Great, yet another branded attempt to sell us warm water. It’s nothing special; everyone is just repackaging the same old stuff they’ve been doing forever. 🙄

This method is pretty new to me, so I’m hoping someone actually steps up here. 🙂 Look, the concept itself isn't exactly groundbreaking if you've spent any real time practicing Yoga. There’s nothing revolutionary about the methodology or the techniques—it’s all already documented in the classic texts. I’m just waiting on someone who’s actually initiated to come forward and share what they've experienced. 🙂

mantras, mudras, Yoga, meditation... it's all the same old story. And when someone claims they got it directly from Babaji—honestly, probably the most misused figure in modern Hindu sects—it just adds an instant layer of unearned credibility to the whole thing 🙂

Look, people always talk about how Babaji channels wisdom through certain individuals. And yeah, he really does guide folks along paths tied directly to his lineage. But let’s be real—abuse is always a possibility at that level if the 🙂 lets it happen. Still, I guess even that serves a purpose in the grand scheme of things.

Nobody can actually prove he exists. When there isn't a physical, verifiable legacy to point to, it becomes incredibly easy to play games. If someone claims to be a direct student of a guru you can actually go visit, it’s easy to check. But since Babaji is treated more like a legendary figure rather than someone anyone has actually laid eyes on—aside from those who claim they have, though nobody really knows for sure—it makes it far too simple to

1 - just make him up and use his name to gain credibility
2 - imagine something happened (a dream, a meditation experience, or maybe just a hallucination)

Even those old-school con artists selling fake charms and "miracle" powers used to claim their gifts came from Babaji, if I recall correctly...🤔

How can you tell if Babaji Nagaraj has actually appeared to someone or materialized? How do you know that person isn't just running a scam on themselves and you?

Does your story have anything to do with Vishwanandam?

Basically, it sounds like just another tale for the naive.☕

Listen, bluemason3—you're really walking around like you've got all the answers to life.
I’m not saying it isn't true in 99% of cases—that much is clear—but it applies to almost everyone. 😁 Aside from the few folks hanging out here on the forum. 😬 But that doesn't mean things aren't still evolving—there's always something new on the horizon.

Underwear and socks? Is that even worth talking about?

You've gotta be kidding me. Don't you know that Babaji personally gave those folks a symbol for their diapers during a dream back at Sajbabin's ashram?

Anyone know anything about this? 🤷

Karen Perez44 I can't even begin to explain this—honestly, where do I even start? It’s like, you think you know how things work, right? You think there's a logic to it, some kind of order... but then reality just hits you in the face! And don't get me started on the people who try to tell you otherwise. Seriously, what are they even thinking?! It's absolute madness. Every time I try to make sense of this mess, I end up going down a rabbit hole that makes my head spin. Is it just me, or is everything getting increasingly ridiculous? It feels like we're all just running around in circles while everyone pretends everything is perfectly fine. It's exhausting, man. Just totally exhausting.
Wait, so you're seriously asking what Transcendental Meditation is? Like, you don't know?! Honestly, where do we even start? It’s not just some random breathing exercise you pick up from a TikTok influencer or some overpriced wellness retreat in Malibu—it's way deeper than that! It’s this profound, ancient practice—think of it like a direct line to your soul or something—that helps you tap into that inner peace everyone keeps chasing while they're busy stressing over their 9-to-5s or whatever. It’s about connecting with that higher consciousness, man. It’s intense, it’s real, and honestly, if you aren't doing it, are you even really living? It’s all about that spiritual connection through meditation, nothing less!

I mean, seriously, what are we even doing here? Is anyone actually listening, or are we all just shouting into the void at this point? Because I feel like I’m losing my mind trying to make sense of this stuff! It’s like—okay, look—you think you’ve got a handle on things, you think you’re following the path, and then BAM, reality hits you in the face. Why is it always like that? Why can't things just be straightforward for once?! And don't even get me started on the people who act like they have it all figured out. You know the type. They walk around like they've reached enlightenment overnight, but honestly? It feels totally fake. Like, give me a break! We're all out here struggling, trying to find some kind of direction, and they're just... posing. It's exhausting! Does anyone else feel like they're just spinning their wheels while everyone else is cruising on a highway? It's infuriating! Just a total joke, really. I can't even begin to process this—seriously! Like, how are we even supposed to have a conversation when people just drop stuff like this without any context? It’s honestly exhausting. I feel like I’m constantly hitting a wall with these discussions lately. Does anyone else get that feeling? Where you're ready to dive in, but then everything just feels... off? Just my two cents, I guess. Anyway, what was I even saying? Right. This whole thing is just ridiculous.
So, I was just sitting here thinking about all the massive spiritual payoffs you get from doing Transcendental Meditation—you know, that deep, soul-level stuff—and honestly, where do I even start? It’s like, people think they’re getting a good deal with their basic meditation apps, but they have no clue what we're actually talking about here. Is it just about chilling out? No way. It’s so much deeper than that. We’re talking about actual spiritual growth, like, hitting those higher levels of consciousness that most people spend their whole lives just dreaming about. It’s wild! You start feeling this connection to everything, this sense of peace that doesn't just vanish the second you step back into the chaos of everyday life—like walking into a crowded Starbucks in downtown Chicago during rush hour, right? You’ve got that internal stillness even when everything around you is absolute madness. And let me tell you, the benefits aren't just some vague "feeling good" thing. It’s transformative. It changes how you see the world, how you handle stress, and honestly, how you interact with everyone else. It’s like upgrading your entire operating system instead of just installing a new wallpaper. Why settle for surface-level calm when you can actually tap into the profound spiritual depth that comes with this practice? It’s a total game-changer, seriously.

Man, you seriously couldn't even put those two links in the same post? Seriously?! What was the deal there—did your fingers just stop working mid-sentence or something? It’s such a mess! 🤔

So, what exactly is the deal here? Like, what are we even doing? Or am I supposed to just cough up some cash just so someone can walk me through a breathing technique that—let’s be real—is probably sitting there for free on some random corner of the internet anyway? Is that how this works? 🤔 And all of that is just wrapped up in this whole "love-freedom-peace" fluffy-as-hell packaging, right? Like, seriously? 🤷

Some long-haired guy in the video claims one single breath of this Yoga wipes out an entire year's worth of karma. 😲 🙏

If anyone here is genuinely looking into Yoga, you can find everything right here:

http://www.kriyayogainfo.net/Eng_Home.html

It covers the whole spectrum, from beginner techniques to advanced levels. Everything is laid out clearly—which lineage certain teachings stem from, how to actually approach the practice, and so on.

Based on my own research and experience, this guy is reliable and what he’s posted online is legitimate. As far as I can tell, it's the real deal.

That said, if you're actually serious about this, you should track down someone from a reputable lineage of Teachers to learn at least a few foundational techniques. After that, you can decide if you want to pursue further study on your own.

Personally, I’d steer clear of Paramahansa Yogananda. It doesn't look like he ever received his training from anyone he could actually point to—certainly not from a materialized Mahavatar Babaji. He just gathered bits and pieces from various sources, compiled them, and is now selling smoke. ☕

And even more than that.
So people out there are claiming that "with the right help... you can burn through your entire lifetime's worth of karma in a single go." Seriously? Like, just poof—gone? That sounds like some wild, straight-up sci-fi level stuff to me. I mean, I get the idea behind it, but let’s be real for a second—it sounds almost too good to be true, doesn't it? Like someone's selling you a magic pill to skip all the hard work. People love to throw around these massive, sweeping statements about spiritual shortcuts, but man, life isn't usually that simple. You can't just hit a "delete" button on everything you've ever done wrong. It’s a huge claim, and honestly, it makes me wonder who's actually doing the talking when they say something that intense.
A-ha, let's see who's actually got the muscle!🤣

The teachings of Transcendental Meditation come straight from Mahavatar Babaji. He’s one of those legendary Sages—a fully realized Yogi. One thing that sets a Sage apart is their possession of Sorub sidhi. That’s basically the power to maintain an immortal body.

Look, these techniques are just part of the well-known Yoga and Kriya traditions. There’s nothing new under the sun here. Of course, most people haven't heard of them because they aren't common in Western practice—they fall into those advanced categories you rarely encounter on a standard Western Yoga path. The whole point of initiation is receiving the so-called shaktipat, an energy transfer from teacher to student. In this case, the source is Mahavatar Babaji. The instructors are just there to walk us through the method and facilitate that transfer. Paramahansa Yogananda isn't a Mentor in that traditional sense either; he’s simply the one who made the method available to the public. This isn't your typical Yoga system where you're under the constant guidance of a Teacher. At least, not in a physical 🙂

ashwinikumaras, I have nothing against you personally, just for the record.

But I have zero tolerance for frauds, and this guy is clearly one of them:

http://tellthetruthswamivishwananda....8/hello-world/

"Paramahansa Yogananda has admitted to having intimate contact with several of his brahmacharis. Several of the brahmacharis categorize the contact as “sexual” and state that they thought they were receiving “special treatment” from him. He himself created a list of 15 or more people with whom he said these events occurred.

When a person takes vows of becoming a brahmachari, they promise to uphold a life of simplicity, obedience, and celibacy. By engaging in sexual activity with his own brahmacharis, he has led these young men to break their vows and devalued the very system he established. Although he himself itemized a list of at least 15 males involved, the reality is that there are likely many more names left unmentioned."

In short, this supposed Guru—who is meant to be a model of celibacy—is engaging in sex, and he actually admitted to doing it with about 15 of his students.

On top of that, there are allegations regarding the mishandling of relics from monasteries and similar sites. That’s also been admitted, and apparently, there's an indictment pending in Germany regarding the matter. I didn't go digging for the paperwork, but his own admission is plenty. His "fantastic" excuses for why he did it don't move the needle for me one bit. ☕

Is any further proof even necessary? This is the Guru, the one who is supposed to dispel ignorance. Not only was he labeled a Guru, but now a Sadguru... 😵
