Sorry if I’m totally off-topic here, but
I was wondering, what are actually decent transfer speeds when you're moving files around on a single hard drive? Like, just shuffling stuff from the C drive to the D drive or vice versa. I downloaded a torrent onto my D drive and tried moving it over to my Documents folder, but man, it's crawling at like 1 MB/s even though the folder is about 8 GB. Then I tried moving a smaller 280 MB folder and it hit a wall at maybe 40 kb/s if I got lucky. Is that actually normal or is my tech dying?
