Hey there!
I just picked up a new Dell Latitude notebook running Windows 10.
Every time I try to log into Login.gov using my smart card reader, this "Select smart device" popup appears. It detects the ViacomCBS id Card (Gemalto USB Smart card reader 0). That ViacomCBS option shows up highlighted, so it looks selectable. Right underneath, it says Smart card is Ready for Use. When I hit OK, it spins for maybe two seconds on "Checking status," then just loops right back to that same "Smart card is Ready for Use" message. After trying to click OK five or six times, I finally get an error saying, "No valid identification certificate selected. Please try again."
The ID Middleware picks up the card immediately, so I'm assuming the reader itself is working fine.
