Snitching on someone?

On one particular thread, there is a kid behaving completely inappropriately—constantly swearing and typing exclusively in all caps 👍—yet nobody lifts a finger. Meanwhile, I get flagged every single time I capitalize the first two letters of a sentence 😁. Is there an actual reporting mechanism here, or does a moderator have to stumble upon this mess manually? I am requesting a direct response from a moderator, not some random guy with a high post count who doesn't actually manage anything. Everyone on this forum presents themselves as highly educated, affluent individuals... I am not entirely sure if this is the right sub-forum for this grievance, but it likely is. And don't you dare try to ban me for this; I have a lady who promised to strip for me over webcam, and it would make for a very pleasant afternoon session... honestly, it might even be better than lunch. I’m no stranger to these waters, but I’ll give you an answer. You already know the drill—if a post crosses the line, just hit the icon to flag it for the mods running that specific subforum. If that doesn't do the trick, shoot a PM to one of the supermods or admins listed here with all the details. 🙂
