For the last few years, my father has dealt with heavy bleeding at his old surgical site—specifically where the stomach meets the duodenum.

According to the specialist who performed his most recent endoscopy, the blood vessels in that area are extremely fragile and prone to bleeding.
There hasn't been a permanent fix. Nexium provides some relief, but he’s constantly on the edge.

Is a stomach or duodenal transplant even a possibility?

Is this procedure performed here in the States, or anywhere at all? I am open to private clinics.

I want to gather information online before I bring this up with the doctors at the hospital.

Separately from the transplant question: does anyone know of any supplement, method, medication, tea, tincture, extract, oil, specialist, or herbalist that could assist in these cases or help strengthen the regeneration of the stomach and duodenal lining?

Any ideas.

I want to do some digging online before I go officially asking the doctors at the hospital.

Setting the transplant question aside, does anyone know of any remedy, method, medication, tea, tonic, tincture, extract, oil, specialist, or herbalist—literally anything—that might help in these cases or strengthen the regeneration of the stomach and duodenal lining?

I'll take any idea you've got.

First off, you need to list his age, EVERY SINGLE DIAGNOSIS OR CONDITION he has, and EVERYTHING he is currently taking.
As for transplants, that's generally not done. If it were being considered, it would usually be because of something like a malignancy, where they'd look at surgical reconstruction instead.
