Subscription Services: Any recommendations?

I have been subscribed to quite a number of threads for over a year now, following them with absolute regularity. In the beginning, I had set my preferences to 'instant e-mail notification,' though I eventually found the constant pings rather tedious and switched the setting to 'no email notif.' However, that change naturally only applies to any future threads I might subscribe to, which brings me to my current predicament: how am I supposed to stop receiving notifications for the existing threads I am already following? I have no desire to deal with an overflowing inbox, yet I fully intend to remain subscribed to these discussions so that I may monitor them via my user dashboard 😁

Just click here, check the box next to the subscription you want to drop, select 'cancel subscription' from the dropdown menu, and hit proceed. 🙂
