Hello.

I want to start by apologizing if I’ve opened this thread incorrectly.
I’ve been lurking on this forum for a while, but I finally decided to register because I need some perspective.

As my title suggests, I am dealing with dizziness and headaches.
The first time I realized this was happening was about four years ago when I was 14—I’m 18 now. It happened during a soccer game at the local park. There is a specific sequence to it.

1. Dizziness: My thoughts begin to drift toward completely random topics. It feels like my brain is operating independently of my will. I can't focus on what I intend to think about; instead, I find myself processing things I've never encountered before, or names I've never heard. I started writing these thoughts down to share here, but they feel too personal. Not private, necessarily, but strange enough that I worry about being mocked.

After about one or two minutes, the dizziness subsides, and then there is a sensation of intense activity inside my head. It is difficult to put into words, but it lasts roughly 30 seconds.

Following those 30 seconds, there is a 60:40 chance I will develop a headache. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. During this process, I also notice a physical change: I feel warm. My entire head becomes warm, though not literally hot.

Currently, this does not happen at set times or very frequently.
When it first occurred at age 14, it happened three times within a single week. After that, I went about a year without any issues. However, it resurfaced after that year passed, appearing rarely and without a predictable pattern.

I have considered seeing a doctor. I realize this forum isn't a medical clinic, and I doubt anyone here is a physician or capable of diagnosing me over the internet. Seeing a doctor wasn't my immediate plan.
However, I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this. Is it dangerous, or is it normal? And generally speaking, why would this be happening?
