Well, here I am, just adding my name to the endless list of people currently locked in a losing battle against stubborn skin imperfections. I wouldn’t say my situation is a total disaster—far from it, actually—but let’s just say it’s a constant project. Recently, while I was falling down a YouTube rabbit hole watching some beauty influencer, I noticed this young woman sipping on dr. Stuart Skin Purify tea. My immediate reaction was pure skepticism; I thought, "Oh, please, here we go again with another influencer peddling some overpriced magic potion." But, because I clearly lack self-control, the curiosity gnawed at me, so I did a deep dive online, and to my genuine surprise, the reviews are actually glowing. Here are the links I found:

Since I can't just walk into a local shop and grab this exact blend here in the States, I decided to take matters into my own hands and attempt to DIY my own mixture based on the ingredients:
red clover - 24%
nettle leaves - 18%
dandelion root - 18%
burdock root
chamomile
lemon balm
lemon peel
The only hiccup in my little apothecary plan is that my local herbalist doesn't seem to stock red clover.
So, I find myself searching for someone who might be able to guide me regarding the ideal ratios for mixing these together—should they even be blended, and what is the proper way to steep them?
I am fully aware that herbal teas can be incredibly beneficial for your overall wellness, but much like any other remedy, I have absolutely no desire to accidentally cause myself harm by being reckless with the proportions.
