Quick question for the guys out there. If I go a few days without ejaculating and then get worked up but don't finish, my testicles swell up and the pain is absolutely brutal. Once I actually ejaculate, the swelling and the ache usually die down within about thirty minutes. Is this actually a thing? If it isn't normal, does anyone know why this happens?

Yeah, it’s totally normal. The body starts prepping everything for ejaculation, but if things get stuck halfway, it just sits there and irritates the ducts.

That’s exactly why guys hate being teased and then left hanging. 😬

But us little troublemakers? We live for the tease. 😈

I honestly thought this thread was called "testicle competition" 😳 but hey, since I'm already here... anyone got a topic about eye prescriptions? 😁

That’s exactly why men hate being coddled. They’d rather just stay frustrated. 😬

We little troublemakers just love a good provocation. 😈

placidfox55... placidfox55... Hebe, damn it!😂 👍

She’s absolutely right. Even for us older guys, it’s the same struggle, even if medication occasionally causes some impotence issues. My wife is 68, and since I use a CPAP machine, we usually sleep in separate beds. When my testicles get swollen down to my knees and it hurts like hell, I leave a red rose on her pillow in the other room. That’s my signal—she knows exactly what I need. Sometimes I try to drop hints or be subtle, but it’s always too late; she’s exhausted or has a headache. We’re just getting old, I suppose. Still, looking at her, I still get turned on. It’s quite a struggle.
Use it more often before you start feeling any discomfort. If you stay ahead of it, you'll be able to keep up just like I do, even when things get tough.
Maybe I’m a little out of it right now, but I'll be back around. Man, where does the time go?

😁 👍

Thanks for all the input! I’m feeling a bit better now. Since I dealt with a testicular tumor about a year ago, I was honestly terrified this was a sign that the damn thing was coming back. But if this is just a normal occurrence, then I can finally breathe easy.😁

I assume you're still keeping up with your routine medical checkups, aren't you? 😉

I show up for my checkups whenever my doctor tells me to. I went back during my eighth and eleventh months, and now I’m heading in again for my third. Honestly, it’s becoming a bit of a nightmare—it feels like I'm showing up for target practice or something. Every little muscle twitch or sharp pang makes me start checking myself to make sure there aren't any lumps. That's why I was asking if this pain and swelling is actually normal when there isn't any ejaculation.

It’s perfectly normal, but given your medical history, isn't it better to be safe than sorry?

Sorry about my joke... you didn't mention your previous surgery or the tumor earlier. I don't joke about serious health issues.
