That weird feeling in my chest

Been feeling this weird pulsing or shifting sensation on my left side—like near my heart—for a few days now. It’s hard to even put into words. Today it moved to the middle. It doesn't actually hurt, and I feel fine otherwise—sleeping okay, doing my thing... it’s just getting on my nerves and honestly freaked me out a bit. Please help🙂🙂🙂

It could just be a muscle twitch, or maybe your heart skipped a beat... it’s likely nothing serious, I deal with something similar quite often myself
