Hi everyone.

I’ve run into a bit of a situation lately, and I was hoping I could tap into your collective experiences for some insight.

Basically, I've noticed this tiny little area on my chest that feels somewhat like a small lump of fat or a fatty deposit.
It’s slightly tender when I touch it, though honestly, the pain is really minimal—just a faint sensation.
I’ve heard some talk that it might be related to capillaries or something along those lines, but I'm not entirely sure.

Anyway, I wanted to reach out and see if anyone here has dealt with something similar?

Is there an actual protrusion occurring here, or am I just looking at some sort of discolored fatty tissue?

There isn't any actual distortion or anything like that.
The skin tone is just ever so slightly darker, almost like a faint little bruise starting to form.

I honestly feel like I’m already getting over it, though.

But I am genuinely curious about what this actually is?
I've heard it could be something like a constricted vein or maybe some kind of capillary issue or something along those lines.
