As with the accident in USA, initial reports suggest mechanical failure (specifically during braking) might be what triggered the crash. The red car lost its line coming through the turn and slammed right into the tire barrier.

It feels like things are breaking far too often lately...
Is it actually possible that Ferrari is going to end up designing another dud of a car?
Or are we just seeing some "growing pains" with a new setup...

Don't you worry about a thing... the F2003-GA (by the way, "GA" is always capitalized 🙂) should be ready to go by the time the European leg of the season kicks off... 😛

Don't you worry about a thing... the F2003-GA (and yes, the "GA" is always capitalized 🙂) should be ready to go by the time the American leg of the season kicks off... 😛

Well, feel free to remind me of that for the rest of my life, then. 🙂

Don't you worry about a thing... the F2003-GA (and yeah, "GA" should be capitalized 🙂) will be good to go by the time the American leg of the season kicks off... 😛

...ready to finish the race even earlier!😛

If you want to live in a fantasy world, go right ahead... 😉

Well, hope is a powerful thing!😉 🙏 I spent all of last season hoping, too!😢

That’s just how it goes, I suppose... you've got to back your own people, even when it feels completely delusional... 😉

Forget about Damson...
And honestly, forget about me too... we’ve only got one race under our belts, and there’s an entire ocean of them still ahead of us. I have a feeling that when all is said and done, I’ll be the one with the last laugh. 😉

An entire ocean? There are 15 left!🙄 We already knocked one out of the park!

Only if you're celebrating someone else's win or finally learn how to laugh at yourself!

Eh...
Here’s a bit of news relevant to this thread...

It looks like Ferrari has decided they'll be sticking with the old F2002 for the upcoming race in Indianapolis instead of bringing out the new gear...

"There are still a few problems," Todt remarked. "Our objective is to give the new car its debut in the States."

Apparently, Todt is perfectly fine riding around in last season's machine, even though it hasn't managed to snag a single win out of the three races we've seen so far this year.

"We know that the F2002 is still a very competitive car," he added.

Well...
here is a little something relevant to our discussion here...

It looks like Ferrari has decided they'll be sticking with the old F2002 for the upcoming race at Indianapolis...

"There are still a few problems," Todt said. "Our objective is to give the new car its debut in USA."

Todt mentioned he’s perfectly content staying with last year's chassis, even if it hasn't managed to snag a single victory in the three races we've had so far this season.

"We know that the F2002 is still a very competitive car," he added.

It seems like a sensible move, honestly; perhaps if they play it safe like this, they might actually manage to scrape together a few points...😛

It honestly looks like Ferrari might only have a shot at an individual driver's championship this year... when you look at the constructors' standings, they are way, way behind right now...

Hmmm... Well, if they want to pull off that first one, they’re certainly going to need a world-class driver in the cockpit... though I find it hard to believe Williams is actually looking to sell...😁

Loooool, nice one. 😁

I highly doubt you're talking about Ralf. Poor guy, at the rate he's going, he might not even make it to the end of the season... unless Jean decides he actually wants two egos running the team at once. 😁 🙂
