Does anyone else feel like the pressure to be perfect is getting exhausting lately? I feel like every time a coach or a player talks about a game being "non-negotiable," it just sets them up for a massive meltdown if things don't go perfectly. Is that mindset actually helpful for performance, or does it just create unnecessary panic?
