Tights, stockings...

Ladies, I’ve been thinking... as those biting winter days start creeping up on us, I find myself wondering about your approach to thick tights—you know, the cotton ones, the wool blends, all that heavy stuff. I’m asking because I personally tend to layer on just about everything I can find once the temperature drops, mostly sticking to that de-mode aesthetic, but I’m curious how the younger crowd views it... what kind of outfits you actually put together, because let’s be honest, it’s nearly impossible to look particularly sexy when you're bundled up in thick, bulky tights...😠 😠

I don't really bother with thick tights... 😳 I usually just stick to sheer nylons or maybe some patterned pantyhose...
Between having a coat that covers my backside and wearing some warm boots, I don't actually find myself feeling that cold.

So, are you actually going to wear something over those corselets?

.. If it’s actually storming outside, what a disaster, and I have to dress up in something fancy... then (please don't laugh) I might just tuck a liner between my legs.. Just for those moments when I'm moving from point A to point B.

I don't really wear shapewear 😁
but I always make sure my lower back stays warm (that's why I often have a sweatshirt tied around my waist even in the summer), because if I catch a chill in my back, my period cramps get way worse. I also try to keep my legs warm... so if I'm not wearing shapewear, at least I can throw some tights on under my jeans or something... nobody can see them anyway 🥳

..well, why wouldn't they? If you're used to wearing heavy leggings, you'll probably feel pretty chilled in just tights... at least initially, until you get used to it. Besides, our winters here in the States aren't even that freezing..😎

I wear thick 100 DEN tights 😍. If I'm wearing a skirt, I still go with 100 DEN, just with a pattern... health comes first, after all...

Personally, I find that a bodysuit is an absolute essential in my winter wardrobe.

The thing is, bodysuits always seem to pinch my crotch, and those snaps get so uncomfortable between my legs... I think I'd much rather just tuck my shirt into my pants.😳
