Got this in my inbox about a month ago. Since I started doing this, I honestly can't remember the last time I dealt with heartburn. Seriously,

DRINK WATER ON AN EMPTY STOMACH

In Japan, there’s a common habit of drinking water right after you wake up. Scientific studies have actually backed up the perks of this technique. Water therapy works for everything from "old school" chronic issues to "modern" ailments—it's recognized as 100% effective for treating things like:

headaches, body aches, heart issues, arthritis, rapid heartbeat, epilepsy, high cholesterol, bronchitis, asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urinary tract diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, uterine diseases, cancer and menstrual disorders, and ear, throat, or nasal issues.

THE TREATMENT METHOD

1. As soon as you roll out of bed, before you even brush your teeth, drink 4 x 160 ml (640ml) glasses of water.

2. Brush your teeth and rinse your mouth, then don't eat or drink anything else for the next 45 minutes.

3. After those 45 minutes are up, you can eat and drink normally.

4. Once you finish eating (depending on how long your breakfast, lunch, or dinner took), don't eat or drink anything else for the next 2 hours.

5. For seniors or people who are already sick and can't chug 4 glasses of water right away (until they get used to it), start by drinking as much as you can at once, then gradually increase the amount every day until you hit that 4-glass mark.

6. This method will heal the sick, and the healthy will just feel even better.

HOW MANY DAYS IT TAKES TO TREAT THESE CONDITIONS:

1. High blood pressure - 30 days

2. Gastritis - 10 days

3. Diabetes - 30 days

4. Constipation - 10 days

5. Cancer - 180 days

6. TB - 90 days

7. For those with arthritis, follow this method only 3 days during the first week, then switch to daily from the second week onward.

There are zero side effects to this, other than the fact that you'll be hitting the bathroom more often.

It would be smart to make this a lifelong habit rather than just something you do when you're sick. Drink your water and stay active.

It makes sense. Chinese people and Japanese people drink hot tea during meals instead of ice water. Maybe it’s time we picked up their habits and sipped small amounts of warm liquid while we eat.

This article is a must-read for anyone who habitually drinks cold water.

Sure, grabbing a cold drink after a meal feels good, but ice-cold water solidifies the fats you just ate—basically slowing down your digestion. When those solidified fats hit stomach acid, they break down and the intestines absorb them much faster than solid food. This wreaks havoc on your intestinal lining (damaging the villi) and quickly leads to obesity and eventually cancer. That's why sipping warm soup or warm water after a meal is the way to go.

A vital note regarding heart attacks: you need to realize that the symptoms aren't always just pain in the left arm. Watch out for intense jaw pain. Nausea and heavy sweating are also common red flags. About 60% of people who suffer a heart attack in their sleep never wake up. Jaw pain can actually jar you awake from a deep sleep. Pay attention and stay alert. The more we know, the better our chances of surviving.

GOOD LUCK👋 🙂

Gotta give this a shot..
A cousin told me just the other day he cleared up his gastritis and high blood pressure using this exact method, so there's definitely something to it.

A relative of mine actually told me he cleared up his gastritis and high blood pressure using this exact method, so there’s definitely something to it.

Look, I don't know anything about gastritis, but I totally kicked my stomach acid problem to the curb. All I did was stop drinking—and by drinking, I mean water—for two hours after eating, and then make sure I knocked back at least 20 ounces of water first thing in the morning...

Everything about this water thing is absolutely spot on!

I actually came across an article about this a while back, which prompted me to start drinking a glass of water first thing every morning, and since I suffer from those absolutely debilitating migraines, I can honestly say the intensity of the pain has diminished significantly!
If you happen to struggle with digestion, I’d highly recommend eating an apple about half an hour before your meals, and you might find your issues simply vanish after a little while—though, of course, that's mostly for those whose symptoms aren't too severe!🙂

It really just comes down to fruit, fruit, and more fruit!👍

And if you’re dealing with digestion issues, my advice is to eat an apple about half an hour before a meal. After a little while, the problem usually clears up—assuming your situation isn't some major medical emergency, obviously.🙂

Fruit, fruit, and more damn fruit.👍

Before this, I was struggling just to stay awake for an extra hour after getting up. I felt like a zombie. But after starting this routine? I’m like a lightning bolt in the morning. Man, what a wake-up call...

That whole "two liters of water a day" line is played out, but there’s no denying we lose a massive amount of fluid daily—especially when you factor in the summer heat. Staying hydrated is non-negotiable. The real overachievers who stick to it end up with a great tan, healthy kidneys, and better digestion. Personally, I drink plenty, and I take it ice-cold. Almost freezing, actually.

I've heard that about migraines too... though years ago, whenever I dealt with headaches (not quite migraines, but close), I used to dunk my entire face in a sink full of ice water and ice cubes. It was fast, intense, and incredibly effective. Otherwise, Advil 😢 would absolutely wreck my stomach.
