Tool belt recommendations?

Every time I fire up my browser, the toolbar just vanishes on me. It’s not even just one app, either—I’m seeing this same glitch popping up in a few other programs too.
I'm running Windows 10.

Maybe you could try right-clicking at the top of the browser and seeing if you can enable the Menu bar there.

Are you referring to the top section where the toolbar resides?
Or perhaps you mean the bookmarks bar where all your shortcuts are kept?

By the way, The Great Gatsby, have you heard anything about sync issues when using the same Google account on two different machines? Everything works fine on my primary PC, but once I boot up the second one and sign in, the bookmarks start doubling up or disappearing entirely...
