Touchscreen issues

Hello
Does anyone know where I can pick up a touchscreen monitor, or do they even exist?
It’s urgent; I saw some videos on the Microsoft website showing people typing directly on the screen while running Windows 7.🤷

They've got them, but they're way pricier than the standard ones

And if this is way out of your budget, just grab a touchscreen kit for an LCD or a flat monitor and slap it on there... you can find them online starting at $100 and up. Good luck with that...
