Travel Plans

So, let's say I'm trying to head out somewhere on my own without my parents, and I haven't hit legal adulthood yet (I've got my passport and state ID ready to go). Can I actually travel solo, or am I gonna need some extra paperwork to make it happen?🤷

You just gotta be an adult, because until you hit 18, your parents are basically on the hook for you, and it wouldn't be great if the cops caught you out there without them since they could end up getting totally screwed over for you being a minor...☕

I seem to recall a time when parents actually had to head down to the local police station to get some kind of official sign-off just to let their kids cross state lines on their own... 🤷
