Trouble configuring my modem

So, I’ve got this Linksys N600 lying around, and after performing a complete factory reset, I've hit a wall. Every time I try to access the login page via 192.168.2.1, the page just refuses to load. I even tried the 0.1 address out of pure desperation, but absolutely nothing happens. I’m starting to wonder if I’ve managed to mess something up on my end—classic me. I have the LAN cable plugged directly into my PC, and that’s it; I haven't even connected to any other Wi-Fi networks to avoid any potential interference or signal confusion.

The manual says you don't actually need it to be at 2.1 (check page 25, third line down). You can double-check this yourself by jumping into CMD mode, typing ipconfig , and just seeing which IP is assigned to the Gateway.
