Listen up. I need help with an issue. I recently bought a 4K TV to use as a monitor because I demand large screens—it's a Philips 43PUS7303. My build is a Ryzen 1600, RX 580, and 16GB of RAM.
On day one, everything was perfect. I was running COD: WWII in 4K with HDR enabled. It worked flawlessly. By day two, total failure. The TV loses signal, HDR flickers on and off, and then my graphics card crashes. The screen just snows out. If I disable the 4K HDMI signal on the TV, everything returns to normal. But the moment I enable 4K again, the chaos restarts.
On day three, I powered everything on and 4K with HDR was working fine.😵😵😵
Then I launched Man of Medan. The settings were stuck at Full HD. I tried to switch it back to 4K, but the system crashed immediately. It’s completely inconsistent.🤦
The core issue is HDR. It works sometimes, and other times it fails completely.
