Hi everyone, I picked up a printer about 3 or 4 months ago and it’s been working perfectly until recently. About a month ago, I started running into this weird issue: whenever I try to print a Word document containing images, the bottom and right sides of the pictures get cut off, even though the top and left look fine. Interestingly, if I just open the image file directly and hit print, it comes out perfectly. It’s also not an issue with my files themselves—when I email the exact same Word doc to a friend, it prints fine on their end. I’ve already tried reinstalling the printer drivers and performing a clean install of Microsoft Office, but nothing has changed. I even took the printer to a local repair shop, but they sent it back claiming everything is functioning correctly, yet the problem persists. I've attached a scan of the results: the top right shows how it looks when printing the image file directly, and the bottom right shows what happens when I print from Word (the image is upside down because I flipped the paper manually, but that's not the actual issue).
Sorry if I shouldn't have started a new thread or if I posted this in the wrong subforum.

Check your Page Layout settings—make sure you haven't accidentally toggled on "Fit-to-page" or some weird scaling option...
