***UNCHECKED***

Greetings. For some time now, whenever I receive emails in Microsoft Outlook—whether they are from my office or my personal account—the subject line displays an ***UNCHECKED*** tag. I am wondering if there is any way to get rid of this.

Which email account are we talking about here: a work one or just your personal account?

What kind of Norton are you running, and who handles your email hosting?

I don't think the issue is actually with Outlook itself; I'd guess some third-party software is stepping in and messing things up instead.
