URGENT: Need help ASAP!

A few days ago, I tried to trigger a password reset, but ever since then, the system keeps logging me in as "Sarah Cooper58," which isn't me at all. My actual account is tomasini76—my post count is significantly lower than hers—yet somehow I’m stuck under her profile and can't access my own. Every time I attempt to reset my credentials, I get an automated email addressed to "Dear Sarah Cooper58,
Your password has been reset as requested. Your new login details are:
Username: Sarah Cooper58..." So, what am I supposed to do about this?!

It might be worth reaching out to one of the site administrators directly. Just shoot someone a private message explaining the situation and providing some way to verify that tomasini76 is indeed your original handle; they should be able to sort this out for you.

I'm running into the same headache. I used to go by Kanye West, but the admin is refusing to give me my old handle back...

What does PP actually stand for?
I’m assuming it means private message, but I have no clue how you're even supposed to send one to someone.

Just click on their username, and once that little drop-down menu pops up, you just pick whichever option you're looking for from the list
