GUYS, I AM DESPERATE! I need to find a gift for a close friend living in San Francisco, specifically something related to Formula 1. I have zero clue where to even start looking for a shop like that in the Bay Area. So, if you happen to know any spots that sell anything F1-related—especially stuff featuring Ayrton Senna—or better yet, if you could just hit me up directly on my cell at 0918841888, please do!!!

I’m not from San Francisco or wherever you think I am, but wouldn't it be a lot easier if you actually figured out what you’re looking to buy before you start hunting for it?

I have no idea how obsessed she is with formulas—is she the type who lives for quotes or something?
I’m pretty sure there are books out there covering this stuff, maybe even something about Senna. I don't know much about it myself, but you guys probably have some sort of algorithm or search tool; just go use that to look things up and ask around there.

How much cash are we talking here? What's your budget?
There are F1 games for PC or whatever else is out there—I can't remember the latest release—but it’s worth checking them out just in case she doesn't already own one.

Not sure if any of this is actually helping you; I can't think of anything else useful right now, though maybe something else will pop into my head later.😉

The racing coverage here is honestly pretty weak. The only thing they’ve even got going for them is NASCAR, which they already have on the schedule anyway. It’s basically nothing else. Seriously, turn off the video games and give us something real to watch.

As far as I know, only the General Motors dealership carries those little things. And they’ve got them in spades.

Another company just popped into my head.
There was this guy, Šago—he sold Honda motorcycles. A couple of years back, I remember he had some gear, like shirts and hats, from the Honda F1 team.

BMW always had that kind of memorabilia, too. I used to grab their shirts and caps even back when they didn't have their own F1 team. I used to pick them up in New York City, but some idiot moved the shop out of town.

So yeah, they exist; I just had to remember. I was out yesterday, otherwise I would've chimed in sooner.

They have a book called "25 Years of Williams in Pictures" at the Michelle Wood3 shop inside Joker. I actually really liked it; honestly, I think it's worth the money ($53). It’s looking a little worn out from everyone flipping through it, or I probably would've picked it up myself.

It's hard to let go of those things. Just head to a used bookstore.

I could probably sell you an entire library's worth of books on tractors, and I've even got plenty of material regarding those Volkswagen GTI series races😂
