Urinary tract imaging results - any advice?

I could really use some help here—it’s kind of urgent...

Hi there,

Does anyone here know how to make sense of an X-ray report for a urinary tract? It says: "On the plain urinary tract film, the shadows of both kidneys are appropriately positioned, though their outlines are poorly defined. No stones were detected. Severe left-sided scoliosis of the lumbar spine is visible."
