US and Iran pausing strikes for talks?

So it looks like things are cooling off for a second so both sides can actually sit down and talk. After all that back-and-forth shooting lately, I'm curious if this is a real breakthrough or just a temporary breather. Do you guys think these talks will actually lead to a permanent end to the fighting?
