I find myself wondering if anyone here has had any significant experience tinkering with this particular Android emulator. Is it actually any good? Does anyone truly believe it’s worth the disk space and the hassle of downloading it?

The phone doesn't need to be connected to the PC when using an Android emulator, right? 🤔 (I know it does for screen mirroring, but I'm assuming it isn't necessary for an emulator?)
