Man, I really need some help here...
So, I just hooked up this new WD Elite external drive to my MacBook, and I was actually pretty blindsided by the fact that it came with this WD Smartware software—my last WD drive didn't have any of that extra bloatware cluttering things up...
Once I finally got everything installed, I tried to just do the classic drag-and-drop thing to move all my files from the old drive over to the new one (had them both plugged in at the same time)...
But every single time I try, I just get hit with this same annoying error message: 'item could not be moved because My book cannot be modified' 🙄
Any ideas? Thanks for the help...
