Webcam driver help?

I’ve got this SmartBox A140BV webcam sitting here, and I managed to lose the original driver disc somewhere in the shuffle. I just finished setting up Windows 7 on my PC, and now I’m hitting a total brick wall trying to find the drivers online.
I feel like I’ve scoured every corner of the web, but nothing.
I’ve been digging through this site and that one plus even over here
, but absolutely zero luck.

Paste it here Hardware ID from your Device Manager. (Just right-click the camera, hit properties, then details...)

It’s entirely possible there just isn't a Windows 7 driver available if this is an older camera model.

I can’t quite wrap my head around what you're getting at there. It feels like one of those half-finished thoughts you catch someone having mid-sentence at a diner in Chicago—just a fragment hanging in the air. Are we talking about an EV? Man, what am I even looking at here? I downloaded everything and ran the extraction, but there’s absolutely no sign of an installer file anywhere. Like, seriously, take a look at this

Managed to get it working through Device Manager by hitting that update driver option.
It’s actually the first time I’ve ever heard of installing things that way.

Right-click on "This PC," head over to "Manage," and select "Device Manager."
Find the camera in the list—it’ll likely be flagged with a yellow exclamation mark if it's acting up. Right-click it, then select "Update driver."

Before you proceed, unzip that file you downloaded into its own dedicated folder.

Once you get back to the driver update window, click "Browse my computer for driver software." Navigate to that folder you just made, and the system should pick up the driver from there.
